TOWN OF OCEAN CITY RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT, RECREATION SUPERVISOR Plans, develops, implements and supervises all phases of recreational programs to include adult and youth activities and tournaments.  Evaluates and prepares reports for new and existing programs.  Responsible for budget monitoring, proposal and control.  Recruits, interviews, selects, trains and supervises seasonal and part-time staff.  Must be proficient in oral and written communications and be computer literate.  Schedule includes some evenings, weekends and holidays.
