NJRPA is governed by an elected 21 seat Board of Trustees.  Eight officers of the Board are elected by the General membership.  District and Sections representatives are elected by their members of the respective District and Section.  Most Committee chairs are not members of the Board of Trustees, however a system of officer liaisons ensures that Committee have a voice in board matters.
