A comprehensive review and discussion of the dynamics, roles and interactions between the board, the executive director, staff, the public and constituents. This session uncovers the dynamics between everyone and how to bring them together. Learn the actions needed to build greater trust, productive conflict management, commitment and accountability to achieve results.
About the Speaker:
Greg Petry, has over 30 years of experience working in the Parks and Recreation field, retiring in 2017 as the Executive Director of the Waukegan Park District in Illinois. A consummate Parks and Recreation professional, Greg began his experience while in his hometown of East Brunswick, NJ. Greg opened his own consulting company, Greg Petry Consulting, LLC.
